Slow / No internet access

MTN has been having internet problems for quite a while. Many customer noticed it. I have sent them an email concerning this issue last week and they provided me with a number that is only available in weekdays, In my opinion if you know that you have internet issues in a specific area, why not notify the public. I bought my R 50, - uncapped data and the same persisted like last week. Called the customer service about this issue once and they notified me that it is weekend and many customers are on the web. I always browse the web in weekends and it was never like this. I hope this issue gets solved as soon as possible, since I am not a volunteer to spend R 50, - for no service.
