Can't follow up!

My phone been having a problem, the bbm, watsapp and internet was having a problem so I told them then they said they will open a case so they didn't take 72 working days to get back to you but they never it takes more then that I don't even want them to open a case cause they never get back to me on time only like 2weeks later and that makes me angry cause I'm the one that always has to call and ask for an update..
On the other case they took 2 weeks for me to get assistant even now no assistant and all they say is they are experiencing technical problems but that's all the time I call its Technical problems.
