Slow/No Internet Connection for over a week now

Since the 11/01/2013 I have had issues with my uncapped light internet connection.
I attempted to contact the MTN SP via 1555 today. After going through the voice prompts twice, The line was dropped both times with a statment of "Ivalid Key"..I would really like to get this issue sorted out asap.
