Package not loaded, so no upgrade possible

I have been trying to upgrade my dataline for 6 weeks now. Dealing with MNT direct firstly who are totally useless and never reply. So i went to the Gateway store who had stock of the Sony Vaio that i wanted. Sat there for an hour doing the paper work, only to be told the upgrade cannot not be done as the package which is listed in the NOVEMBER brochure is not loaded on the system. I can't find stock of this product anywhere, so am i REALLY the only one who has asked for this package? And why is it not loaded when it is in your brochure as a package on offer? So what do i do now? I drove 45 minutes to the Gateway store as i don't live close by, and now after i have done all the work to source the stock, it can't be given to me due to you not being able to offer the service you advertise? This is false advertising as far as I am concerned and really NOT MY PROBLEM... You should go and read what the word SERVICE means, as you clearly have no idea. To look at me and say sorry there is nothing we can do... UNACCEPTABLE!!!
