I have a MY GIG 1 Promo - thus paying R399 a month for 1Gig data. Upon requesting to limit my calls to a certain amount, Aslam from Vodacom Call Centre / Online CHat advised me that if my call limit has been reached I will not be able to make any calls outbound, sms or use data. You are doing us in!! I am paying for a 1Gig data bundle a month so say if my call limit is up but I still do have Example 350mb data on my original my gig 1 left I wont be able to use it. This is unfair now again I am losing for something I am paying for and Vodacom is smiling all the way taking money unfairly.

This was clearly read out to by by the mentioned consultant within the terms and conditions. How do you work Vodacom, score score score all the way???
