I applied for a loan on Monday 23 Sept 2013. The agent by the name of Pule had called me and asked for all my details and documents. This was all submitted on Wednesday morning to him,
When I phoned the call centre this morning being Friday, every person I spoke to on the call centre had come with a different story, that they received no documents and then it was a system error, Nobody seems to know what is going on, When I called the centre again at 11:00 today, I was told that nobody can access my file, but then my second call to Pule, he tells me that its still with the credit team. I have never been placed on HOLD for a loan application and been waiting for 3 days.
When I asked to speak to a Supervisor, then I just get kept on hold and nobody seems to come to the phone.

Please can we sort this matter out today.
