8ta ignore my requests to cancel my contract!

I am trying to cancel my contract for the last 7 months.
8ta Are ignoring my requests, I contacted them 1000 times, every day in the last few months.
Retention department are not coming back to me! I email the people and they ignore my emails, I post on their facebook page every day.
I called the call centre more than 1000 times, they cant help.
Cases - #1821193 #1944489 #2919922 (and there are more cases)

8ta are breaking the law and ignoring their customers.
They have no coverage whatsoever!
o Once it roam to MTN I cannot receive or make calls.
o Your Data/Blackberry service is going on and off the whole day even when I am in the same place.
o I cannot make calls to any number starts with 086-087
o I cannot make calls to numbers starts with 27 which is SOUTH AFRICA!!! (you still working to fix this for two years now)
Do I need to proceed? I am losing customers and this is my main business number!!!
Their product is the worse in the market and they know that!
I want to Cancel the contract - and be on 8ta PREPAID so I will port the number myself
Please action immediately.
