Im currently working in Dubai, so i did put my cell phone limit on a R1000 and witch roaming on, only to hear last week that i am R2800 over my 700 min subscription? So why did didn't inform me that the limit is not working when on roaming??? why you must get a surprise??? And the worst is im not really using my SA phone cause i have a UAE phone and my SA one is only for emergency! Two days before they called me with the billing surprise i recieved an sms that there is /- R3oo left before i reach my limit? They also say there is Internet usage on the phone thst is impossible due to the fact that the sim is in a Nokia X1 that dont have internet!!! I also complained about my voice mail and customer care numbers not working? If it worked i could have left a voice mail recording to call me on my UAE nr and then i could have removed roaming from my phone!!!
BUT WITH ALL THE COMPLAINS CELL C DONT COME BACK WITH FEEDBACK!!! Let me guest they just goning debit my account and Dont care like Usual!
