SUSPENSION OF SERVICE DUE TO ROAMING BILL

When phoning to activate the international roaming i was given the whole break-down of what to expect with regards to the billing, which was noted and which i agreed to. My husband uses the phone for business purposes and was over seas when i received a call to say the usage is high and that they immediately need a 50% deposit on the account. I explained that the phone bill will be covered by the company as is being used for business purposes and he is curently over seas as per my request for the international roaming. Not once was this mentioned to me when i activated the roaming. He would be back from his trip the following week and the bill will be settled by the company. The call centre (credit controle department) said that the computer is telling them that they need 50% deposit or the service will be suspended, after explaining the situation to three people, the escalation department promised to phone me back and sort out the problem. Needles to say nobody phoned back. The phone has been suspended. SURELY YOU CAN THINK FOR YOURSELF AND NOT GIVE THE EXCUSE "THE COMPUTER IS TELLING ME TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT"??? I will definately cancel this contract.
