I recently moved to Cell C from MTN and my experience has been very frustrating. From the beginning, the service has been well below par, where my application was done incorrectly and the sim card was activated despite my telling them not to do so until my port went through. that aside, i was overseas recently and activated my international roaming by paying a deposit of R2500. My roaming did not work properly and I could not make calls and when writing to cell C via email to assist me because i could not reach them telephonically, they told me to call them! Obviously they didnt bother to read my email saying I CANT MAKE CALLS. I have laid a complaint about this and received a similar futile response. Now i am trying to get my deposit paid back to me because roaming did not work and despite them telling me my query would be resolved in 72 hours its now over a week and no response. when I called for feedback they said someone would call me back as its been resolved and no one bothers to call. I called again today and they say its not resolved!!! Waiting for a manager lerato to return my call and still nothing. DONT MOVE TO CELL C PATHETIC SERVICE.
