I went to Dion Wired to check my Vodacom contract and was informed that it is ending in March 2013. there was a promotion that I qualified for which included Laptop, External Drive, Printer and Vodacom modem. I sign the contract in and was required to pay R105 for the sim card. Didn't have funds thus called my friend who transferred funds in my account. The white lady at Vodacom corner (who was initially serving me) packed stuff in a trolley while I went to check the funds at the ATM. It was during their knock off time around 5h55 Saturday 16th Feb. On my return with the cash confirmation, I paid the lady at the cashier required amount. Went to the white lady who that just gave me the trolley, checked out and left me in the store., time was limited to check and I trusted the lady. Security checked my trolley, without ticking and they also hurried to close, I was allowed to pass. Packed the bought stuff in the car and drove home. While at home, noticed that the said item wad missing and called them first thing in the morning. The same white lady who was in a hurry to knock off yesterday told me that it my fault and was unhelpful. I am sad and want my item or cancel the contract.
