Rude Security check

My wife and I were waiting in the queue to leave the store and pass the security check. There were 2 people checking at the far end of the tillpoints. I had 2 trolleys to be checked. The 1st one was checked by the security lady and my wife exited the store. The lady then decided that she had to leave and walked straight past me when i gave her my slip to check. I stood there and asked the other man checking if my goods will be checked as I only had 3 items in my trolley. He bacame aggressive and told me that he can let me go but I can't come back with any returns if anything is faulty. Since when does the security check have authority to vailidate a manufacturers warranty? He signed and stamped my receipt and let me go but continued to shout that I cant come back with returns as I left the store. I then turned around and asked him if he had a problem with me and asked for his name to which he replied that I shouldn't worry about his name. That is quite a disgusting way to be treated after just spending money in your store. I would like this matter to be addressed and the responsible employee brought to account.
