Rude Salesman Call Me An Ape (King Kong)

I went to dion wired on friday 14:30 in hopes of finding a printer i soon found 1 so i make my way to the till point and pay for the printer i then kindly ask for a trolley when this tall white guy wearing a samsung uniform says he cant give me 1 and its a small printer why do i need a trolley i can carry it, anyway after an very uncomfortable argument with him and out of the blue he gets very rude and speak to me in an agressive tone and then start calling me names like KING KONG i felt so upset and abit scared i just left the store. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT IN THAT STORE
