Good Day

on the first of November i called Vodacom to cancel my contact package with them, i was then send a cancellation contact of R579 which i made a payment of on the 4th of November 2013. i called them again last week Wednesday to check if they received a payment and to also check if there is any outstanding balance and i was told my account is up to date. last night a deduction of R134.44 was made, i called Vodacom this morning and spoke to Pulane who then transferred me to the accounts Department, i was assisted by a lady called Tshepiso Sgame, she said i was suppose to pay R484.41 for the cancellation contract and not the R579 i was initially adviced on excluding this month's fee which i was not told about. Tshepiso Sgame promised to send me the statement via email this morning at 8.30 am, 2hours later and i am still waiting for my statement and an expiation as to why i was not given this information when first called in to cancel the contract.
