Do you charge cleints based on projections??

I get incorrect statements every month. I was billed for 2GB of data i didn't use nor request which i was advised it would be credited back with my next bill run... to my astonishment, you billed my 3 times my standard premium and then credited me on that exorbitant figure!!??? How do you count!!!

If one pays R344 per month and you credit R389, how do you end up with R354 as the sum outstanding??
