Problem not solved and no responses as promised

I have been struggling with my MTN Share link since i got the product and service from Mtn, i have been going into the store and phoning Mtn for a about 2 months now and i don't get any feedback or help from them.

I was on the phone with costumer services for more than 20 min 2 weeks ago an they promised that they will get back to me the following day and i haven't heard from them since.

My contract is ALWAYS paid in advance and this is the service i receive. doubt i will ever take a MTN contact again!

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN A WHILE!

SO MTN IF YOU REALLY CARE, PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME.
SO THAT I CAN CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE!!
