Will not credit account after billed too much

MTN SP billed me for BIS for several months after i had upgraded my contract to a sony. Once i had contacted them about the problem they said they would credit my account and alter my next invoice. my next invoice was altered to the correct amount that i should be paying yet it had not been credited, i called them again today and they say that the altered amount is the credited amount, so in actual fact they have still not credited my account and they have still not altered my account after two months of waiting. Its true what they say with mtn - once you have a problem it never ends, every month there is a new problem which arises. oh and mtn calculates 51.34 x 5 is eaquled to 134.10? No idea as to whom is doing their calculations for them.
