I took out a contract in March 2012 and every month I have been billed incorrectly. I call in every month once I recieve the bill and call in and speak to Vanessa. Every month she says it will be credited to you the following month and thereafter be sorted out but its credited to me the following month and the next month it goes back to being over charged. Im so sick and tired of calling in every month for the same story with Vanessa giving me feedback that is not carried out. This is my first time with autopage and it will certainly be my last time and i certainly will never recommend it to anyone else either. Pathetic customer service!!!
