Dropped calls turning a loyal customer into hate

This has been driving me mad for months now! I used to love vodacom, it's turning into a hate relationship. Every time I use my phone the call I'm on will drop at least once if not more... Other times people try call me and it goes straight to voicemail even though my phone shows perfect signal. I called vodacom and spoke to the network department, they said it is a capacity issue... ok... so sort it out... that shouldn't really be my problem. I pay a lot of money for a monthly contract with vodacom, i don't pay for a service that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't... last time I checked vodacom make a pretty good profit, maybe they should spend some cash on improving the capacity issues and then loyal customers wouldn't be counting down the days until their contract ends so they can switch to another provider.
