TELKOM 4MB ADSL LINE DOWN SINCE THE 8/1/14

My internet line has been done now for exactly 5 Days now already. I have had to make plans this whole week because I could not work from home. I am upset that it is down but Im even more upset that Im not provided proper feedback regarding this issue. The fault started like like "There is a problem with you internet" then moved to "There is a problem with your line I cannot refresh your internet and I will escalate this" then "A tech has been attending to this but your call has been close" this being said only a change was close as part of the call.

Today I called and FINALLY a Tech could give me proper feedback and tell me that there is a problem with my DSLM Port and they are busy replacing the unit or something to that effect after waiting 20 minutes for someone to pick up every time

All people want these days are feed back PROPER feedback to no that their fault is being attended to not just coming home everyday to a red light on their Routers.
