I am a very unhappy customer right now. I purchased a modem at MTN Store in Birch Acres mall on Sunday 17/02/2012.
I paid R549.99 for it. I was advised that I will get free bundles, till to date there are no funds in the modem. On Monday (18/02/13) I called MTN 173 for advice and I was told it will take 2 to 24 hrs for the matter to be resolved I called again on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with no success. All the agents that I have spoken to, promised to help me but all I get is poor and disgusting service from this network. I am tired to be sent from pillar to post and I'm spending my time and money to do follow ups as i get no feedback from them. All I want now is them to reimburse me or I'm switching to other networks that will offer me better service.
