We received a cell C modem delivered on 21/01/2013. The instruction manual advised that once you plug the modem, the system will automatically give you the option to install it. I have been doing this since 21/01/2013 without success. I called cell c since 21/01/2013 but no one is able to assist. Today, the technical department advised that the modem is faulty and said that client services will arrange for the modem to be collected and replaced. Customer Service trasferred me to sales and a person by the name of Hendrik Selo advised that customer service is to assist. I asked him to transfer me back to them of which he said he has no authority to transfer my call. I send emails and get a response a week later. I was told someone from Cell C would call me but this has never ever happened. The service from staff is pathetic at Cell C. i have not used this modem but they will have no problem sending me a bill for a faulty modem. Highy disappointed.
