Logged a call for Data Migration on Sunday was told to contact the billing centre on Monday. Called in on Monday and was advised that my query would be resolved in 24 hours. Called back on Wednesday to check what was happening I was told that my issue would be resolved on Wednesday afternoon my query was marked as priority. This is now Thursday and still nothing resolved. What kind of service is this? Making customers wait over the duration in which the queries are supposed to be resolved. When it comes to payment we are made to pay on the exact payment date you cant miss a day. Would not recommend this network to anyone!!!
