I requested Cell C to change 2 cellphone numbers on my contract to prepaid in order to port
the numbers to Vodacom, on 31 January 2013.
I did this because because the signal from Cell C was very bad and our calls are dropped frequently, another factor was that cell C sent us sms's threatening to cut off our service on 2 Feb 2013 although we are fully paid up. ( sms sent to all customers) payment on account was only due on 31 January 2013.
I dare to ask if this is the way to "reward" paying customers?
I was told to give it 4 days then I would be able to port the numbers at Menlyn branch Cell C
One number could be ported after that.
After another call (actually 2 since one was dropped again) getting the above quoted ref no
