I have two cell phones with mtn. I am a loyal customer that pays every month on time. I just spoke to one of the call centre agents for 30mins. In December I paid the amount reflected on my invoice as per usual. She informed me that I only paid one cell phone. I accept that although I did pay the amount reflected on my invoice. What I want to know is why both numbers are disconnected if one was paid. I cannot have these cell phones disconnected. Please can you help me understand why both numbers are disconnected? I am very unhappy with MTN and with this kind of service. I have these contracts with you for years now and you do not even have the courtesy to inform me that the this was what the problem was. Those cell phones are used for emergencies and it would have been nice to know in advance that I was owing an amount in order for me to settle it. This bad customer service especially for a customer who pays on time. It is despicable.
