Business contract successful in only 2 - 6 months

I have tried for over a month to start up a contract for my business with cell c. I provided all documentation that was asked of me. After continuously phoning them to find out how long it will take eventually I found out there was a problem with my bank statements - they were not detailed enough. These are statements I receive from the bank (nothing altered), how is it possible they are not detailed enough? So after more then a month apparently all I need is a letter from the bank stating that my account is in order. This really doesn't make sense as the complaint was my statements were not detailed enough. I could have acquired the other information long ago. It just shows the inadequacy of this company. Perhaps they should advertise to prospective business customers correctly - "Apply now, we will be difficult but you will only wait 2 - 6 months for your contract to be successful"
