I am trying to complete a sum swap process on my prepaid number. However the call centre has been for more than 5 hours with a recorded message saying "All our consultants are currently busy please stay on the line" for 5 hours. I don't expect MTN to resolve my problem in the next week at this rate.

It is beyond pathetic I tell you.
