Hi! My mom lost her phone in a taxi! Ok fine she bought a new 1 nd a new sim card! She's been calling the customer servive call centre the 173 number since yesterday bt no consultant is answering! She's been listening to the machine telling her that ALL consutants are still busy may she stay on the line! She wants 2 do sim swap! Is Mtn on stike? This is 1 of the reasons why I changed networks!
