Very unhappy with the servive i receive from mtn call centre. On 17 July i did a sim swap from 0838863950 to my old number and to-date the old number is still not pulling through. Someone at MTN are not doing their job. I even did a sim swap at the branch nd no sucess with regards the matter.
All the consultants i phoned at mtn advised me that the sim swap was sucessfull. just to get me off the line.
