This problem has been going on for over five weeks now, five weeks ago vodacom experienced a technical problem which mistakenly switch some of their prepaid users into contract, I made them aware that I was unfortunately one of those victims it took them over 3 days to transfer my number back onto prepaid, however when they swapped my number back to prepaid they took away all my talking points, I have been calling and logging in complaints for over five weeks now and still nothing has been done about my query I had over 1500 talking points, I want vodacom to resolve this issue within the next 24 hours they should reimburse all my talking points and they should compensate me for all the inconvenience I was caused in this whole process thank you totally disappointed vodacom use
