Iphone 4s Loudspeaker not working

Iphone 4s with the following serial number DNVHFUCQDTC0 (warranty expires on Aug 2013) Loudspeaker stopped working. I handed it in on the 11 Feb 2013 and was told repairs takes about 7-9 days. 9 days has past and ive called twice or thrice and then was told 7-15days from being in the repair centre. i was also told that the phone went from one technician to another. So im really frustrated because they could just replace the phone with a new one if they cant fix the problem. To make matters worse i went to the istore in Canal Walk and was told they could of sorted it out within a week. I am losing business in excess of R10 000. Im really dissapointed in the lack of professionality shown here. Please can someone senior or someone thats able to do something better faster. My Job number is 8594544 I.M.I.E 01306100674921.
