Phone for support on slow browsing speed

I have a telkom internet account

My Telphone Nr is 011-393-2901

The speed is so slow i cant even browse a webpage go on a local website like banking apps and so forth
i have phoned like nine times with the problem and no delivery regarding this issue no one is comeing back to me nothing the internet is a discrace i can go back to dailup for R59 a month and get better speed than now
i pay like R899 for speed and service and this is what i get
you phone support they say the wil reset the port like 98 times already still the same problem

Telkom your intenet services is up too

plz sort out your problems before you sell this packages
