I have been having countless problems with telkom over the last 2 months. I purchased a new phone line inclusive of a 2mbps speed with uncapped data. Ever since then I've been struggling to use my line. I have specifically purchased this package for gaming and the odd browsing now and again and for 2 months haven't been able to game properly or anything. when ever i do a speed test i get a ping of 100 where with my speed i should be in the 20 range. I've also seen how people will a lower internet speed has a better connection than me. I've had a telkom representative come out to the house and have a look but all he said was the modem is faulty. When i got a new router the problem of slow speed still occurs. I'm very frustrated also as when ever i call telkom i wait 20 min on the line just to be hung up by a call center agent!! Please help me!!!
