Equest cancellation

Good day

i have requested a cancellation confirmation this morning at 10am. it is now 4:45pm and no one has contacted me. you take two weeks to do a port from a vodacom prepaid to cell c contract. everything was approved a long time ago. yet still nothing gets done. no sim activation. when i put the sim card in my phone, it is another number and not the number i have requested to port. i want cancellation confirmation sent to me.
