For more that 14 years I had Contracts with Autopage. Every time I upgraded there were numerous problems. My last Contract that expired in May, I decided to change over to another service provider with better service and quality. After several attempt to cancel the contract, eventually they did a cancellation and my number was back on to a MTN Prepaid.
Taking out another Contract with Cell-C, we discovered that Autopage never port my Cell number back to MTN. Several port release requests have been done with NO SUCCESS!!!
This morning Autopage are spinning the story that I can not take out another contract with my own number after the contract has expired for 3 months. This is!!! Suddenly they have this "law"!!!
Autopage. You are holding back my property!!! (MY CELL NUMBER) I do not have anything to do with you anymore!!! With my last Contract you took the whole contracts money off (24 months) in about 3 months, from my Credit Card!!! I do not owe you any outstanding moneys either!!! You have given me the worst service, as a "Service Provider" I have ever endured. That's why I decided not to have anything to do with you anymore!
Release my port nr to MTN ASAP!!!
