ONGOING DATA LINE PROBLEMS NOT RESOLVED

I have complained numerous time to Telkom via their online fault reporting as well as Hello Peter regarding the problems with our ADSL line. I am always told that the problem will be escalated but it never is. A technician will call or come over, ask if the service is working at the time and then closes the fault. We have an ongoing problem with intermittent service every single day where the service goes off every few minutes. We run a number of devices and everybody in our home office complains. Even while typing this my service is going off and on. The problem is not being investigated and we really don't know who to reach out to at Telkom. We need the technician to investigate the problem further. I have been told to put a filter, then remove the filter, etc. I have tried everything including 3 different ADSL modems. Clearly the problem is not on my side. Telkom just will not investigate the cause of the problem in detail. Landline number 011 432 4370.
