Cell C GET IT - WHAT A JOKE AND YOU PAY FOR IT!!!

I have been trying since 15 Jan 2013 when I joined this value added services of CELLC - which by the way cost me R20 - R40 odd rand per month, to upgrade one of my lines and to order one additional line/sim. I called the number given to me on my Welcome email to this service and since then its been a nighmare to get anything done! It was going well up and till a point where Adri van Heerden called me to make an appointment with one of their Business SME Accounts Managers, Neville to come and see me on 6 Feb 2013. Needless to say, he was 45 minutes late for our appointment. Yet his presentation was good and I remained impressed. From there I had to submit letters for the upgrade and additional line, which I did on 8 Feb 2013. From there I heard nothing, I followed up with Neville per mail on 14 Feb - to which he replied to colloeuges please follow up - again another week had passed, no responce. I did email him and Adri again today, just think it is pathetic that one running a business spending thousands per month at CellC has to battle this great deal to get a simple upgrade en add line! I am so so anoyed - and I pay extra a month for a Personal Assistant at Cell C get it???
