I phoned Virgin on 23/04/2013 to cancel my husband's&mine cell phones accounts as we are leaving for Australia on the 17/06/2013.We received a letter of cancellation which we filled out&e-mailed back, we received confirmation that our e-mail was received&that our phones would be switched to prepaid by the 23/05/2013&have our final bill by the 08/06/2013. When I phoned Virgin on the 23/05/2013 to find out if we were on prepaid I was told that we were not due to a system error, the agent told me she'd mark it as urgent &that we would be on prepaid by the latest 31/05/2013.I phoned again on the 01/06/2013&was told we are not on prepaid&that there was no record of us cancelling. This agent told me he would find out what was going on&phone me back, he never did. I phoned virgin on 03/06/2013&still no prepaid&no final bill&no one could help. I was then told to get hold of Chris Barnard. So I sent him an email explaining the situation&only after 2 days of trying to get hold of him did he finally respond with a new cancellation date. I explained that we had gone through this process and wanted it resolved immediately, so far he has done nothing except pay
