I took a matter to the CPA the CPA came back to me and told me that Vodacom said I must bring my phone back to them and then settle the account I agreed to settle the account on only the months I had the phone as I would not pay for PERMANENT MTN settings that had been installed on my phone while in Vodacoms repair centre after they gave me a phone with a damaged screen when my phone didn't even go in with a damaged screen! After rcieving absolutely NO feedback from Vodacom I get a sms from KVS collections! When I call them and quote the reference number I am given in the sms they say there is nothing under the reference number, after the 3rd sms and 3rd time I call into KVS I get told it's a VODACOM account and I must call them, I call Vodacom and Vodacom tells me its KVS issue not theirs, again I call inot KVS on the 29 January and I get transferred to the manager Nathan, who tells me KVS has a system error BLAH BLAH he will load the account I tod Nathan I will not pas Vodacom for their mess up I will only pay the R2100 and however many odd Rands! No more I asked Nathan to send me banking details where I can pay this money into and I told him I will pay it over 3 months or so
