Last year I took out a contract through Vodacom Direct. I agreed to a contract of R299.00 p/m on a smart 100 contract. The lady who assisted me on the telephone for my contract said she would email me a copy of my contract in order for me to read about all the terms and conditions before the seven day policy for returns expired. I did not receive any documents. Only my cellphone by delivery with no contract accompanying the phone. I called the contact centre again requesting my contract documents to be sent to my email address. I have still today not received a single word from Vodacom. I have stopped using my account as I cannot use a product which I do not receive any customer service. I have a debit order that just goes off every month off my bank account for a cellphone and services which I do not use. Vodacom has provided terrible customer service. I will be taking another contract out with another service provider as I do not receive the service standards I expect.
