Good day,
I called Vodacom customer care, Westgate.
"How can we make you smile"
I asked the lady on the phone if she could help me, as my phone is not working correctly, i told her i can renew my contract from the 21st August "officially", however i'd like some assistance/grace and asked if she could renew it 40 days early as phone almost unusable. She tells me only if you spend over R800 per month will she be able to. (?) She checked and told me NO. When i asked why, i didn't receive a proper answer.
SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS WITH MY PHONE... JUST THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO HELP ME... THANKS VODACOM! WAY TO MAKE ME SMILE.
The problem with my phone is: battery fully charged screen goes white, so i have to take out the battery, reboot, and try turn on my phone, half way through start up screen goes white... REPEAT! this continues until i plug it in to charge! Thereafter phone lasts about an hour, screen goes white... BLAH BLAH
Funny thing is both me and my girlfriend took out contracts on the same day, she has the same problem, INTERESTING? NO?
QUESTION i ask..DO YOU THINK I SHOULD RENEW MY CONTRACT ON THE 21ST AUGUST vodacom???
