Unprofessional childish attitude

I am not an Mtn customer, but my experience at the Campus Square outlet was so unpleasant, i wouldn't even consider changing. There was one particular assistant at the counter who was so unprofessional, his responses to my query were and impatient. His body language was not professional, very lax and sloppy. I don't know if this is because they are so used to serving students, but i am not a student and expect professional courteous service. Pity they didn't even have name tags. Tried calling the regional manager to no avail.
