Still waiting for feedabck

Hi i was given a reference number 0509130139/GO on the 5th of september and is still waiting for feedback.

i called the call centre today and quoted my reference number and the guy at the call centre told me the same story that i sent to them that the phone has been tampered with. CNA get this through your system that you had sent the phone at vodacom alberton to be repaired and because vodacom alberton tried and could not fix the phone vodacom alberton sent the phone to vodacom midrand to repair and thats when vodacom midrand says that the phone has been tampered with and thats its now out of warranty.

why was i not informed by vodacom alberton that the phone was tampered with and why did they need to send the phone to vodacom midrand.

this phone was booked in at CNA carnivall mall on the 29th of july and i am still getting the run around.

i was told today by the operator at the call centre that i must now lodge a complain at the CEO desk to get results.
