Terrible service

To whom it may concern,

I Ordered a contract cellular phone from cell c direct (084 145). pressed option 1, within minutes a lady by the name of Lerato answered. very lovely and friendly lady whom assisted me with applying for a new contract. i was approved and was told my cell phone should be DELIVERED within 5 - 10 working days, that was on Sunday 10th Feb, 5 days later from that date i had received a sms stating thank you for choosing cell c and what not, and your order has been issued and delivered soon with a ref number.

really excited for my new phone, but nothing.. still waiting, i called the call centre now, and chose option 2 which is regarding following up on contracts. i literally waited 15 minutes, which is my tea break and couldn't hold any longer. my GF has the exact same problem as above, she did manage to speak to someone and that Person told her it takes 13 DAYS after you get the first sms. Lerato told me 7-10 working days LATEST from the first call to receive my phone.
I believe this is terrible service, u guys are quick 2 answer to sign up for a new contract, but useless their after it seems. I have pushed 5 people your side, saying your service is great. YA RIGHT
