MTN Blackberry

I have had an mtn cellular phone for about a decade now and up until about October '12 i have never experienced any problems. Now suddenly my blackberry, seems to struggle with reception and connectivity. I have waited long enough now for this to be fixed but nothing is happening. As a paying customer i feel that i am being cheated on what i am paying for.
