I have been waiting since the 30 January (SPI002933921) to receive my iPhone 5 with contract, when it is finally delivered (after multiple phone calls, transfers and cut-offs) on 13 March it has dead cells on the LCD. I immediately contact Cell C customer service via email, no response so I call 084 145 (again) and Bali the consultant informs me that it can take up to 21 working days to have the phone replaced.

Not willing to deal with another 21 days of the terrible customer service I have been experiencing for the last month and a half, I told her that I am no longer interested in transferring my contract from MTN to Cell C and want to terminate immediately, she said that she had noted this on the system (ref no 1303120000182899).

Cell C has not been in contact with me since then.
