She made my day

On the 14th of January i went to order the iphone 5 at century city's cell c branch, where i was told that there was 117 people waiting list. That was fine. i then called on the 29th of january to find out how much longer i still have to wait, i was then informed that i was pushed back to 160 people infront of me. Now that i wasnt satisfied with, when i asked why i was told because people didnt put the completed forms onto the list. Talk about incompetent staff!!!
Then i phoned 084145 and got a lady by the name of Lerato. She was the best person cell c could ask for. She offered to call me back as she saw i was calling off my cell phone - great service.
She advised me about the time it would take to get my phone and i was happy.
Ive never recieved such great customer service before and i am from that industry.

If it wasnt for Leratos great service and friendly personality and help, i wouldnt be taking out a contract with cell c at all after the horrible service i got just minutes before.
Please thank Lerato for me, and i hope she gets some recognition.
