No provision of Internet connection for 3 weeks

Since the beginning of February I together with fellow residents in Stellenbosch area have been unable to connect to the Internet via our 3G dongles! We are signed into contracts for 24 months with Vodacom and are upholding our side of the contract by paying our monthly subscriptions however it seems that Vodacom are unable to hold their side of the contract. Worse of all is their lack of communication with the matter, when speaking to technical support their answer was that the resolution is out of their hands. It is absolutely ridiculous that South Africa's "Leading cellular provider" has been unable to provide us with Internet connectivity for the past 3 weeks! I think you need to review the meaning of "leading cellular provider" Vodacom!!
