I have been a loyal MTN client for the past 5 years on prepaid. For the first time in November I decided to take a contract with MTN. However for the first time I decided to buy data bundles through cellphone banking and because this was a new number, I bought 1GB for a wrong cell number.
When I called MTN I was told to send my bank statement showing the transaction went through. I was told if the wrong number still had the data bundles they would transfer the bundles back to the right number. I sent the statement and upon calling MTN I was informed that they cannot reverse it as I had not missed my cell number with a digit or two.
All I want is the bundles be reversed because this is really daylight... I am even contemplating switching networks completely.
