I had a 2 year contract with altech autopage, the contract ended about 5 months ago but they kept deducting money from my account, finally when i called and actually got through last month, they told me they would deduct on the 15th of june for the last time and then my number would be changed back to pre-paid on the 15th of july. This week i received a message from autopage, this was the exact message: " Dear Altech Autopage Customer. You failed to submit payment of R214 to Autopage and your service will unfortunately be suspended. Please note an additional R49 reconnection fee will be charged. Total due R263." Immediately after receiving it, i called the call centre because as far i knew my account was up to date and they have always debited straight from my account, so the agent checked the system, apologised, said he would fix it and that i should ignore the messages, the next day my phone was suspended. They have been so unreliable and I've wasted so much of my airtime trying to fix this.
